<h2>Damaged or Defective Items</h2>
<p>If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within <strong>48 hours</strong> of receiving your order at <a href=”mailto:contact@artstudioeg.com”>contact@artstudioeg.com</a> with your order number and clear photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.</p>

<h2>Change of Mind Returns</h2>
<p>As all our products are handmade to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to change of mind. Please review product descriptions and photos carefully before purchasing.</p>

<h2>Incorrect Orders</h2>
