Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at contact@artstudioeg.com with your order number and clear photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

Change of Mind Returns

As all our products are handmade to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to a change of mind. Please review product descriptions and photos carefully before purchasing.

Incorrect Orders

If you received the wrong item, contact us immediately at contact@artstudioeg.com and we will resolve the issue promptly.
