Because every Art Studio piece is handmade and one of a kind, we carefully package and inspect each order before shipping. Please review our return and refund policy below.

• Return Period: If your item arrives damaged or defective, you must report the issue within 48 hours of receiving your order.

• Return Request: Contact us at contact@artstudioeg.com with your order number and clear photos of the damage. Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

• Return Conditions: Items must be reported as damaged or defective within the specified period. As our products are handmade to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to a change of mind.

• Proof of Purchase: Your order number is required when submitting a return or refund request.

• Incorrect Orders: If you receive an item different from what you ordered, please contact contact@artstudioeg.com immediately so we can resolve the issue.

• Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

• Non-Returnable Items: Items that have been used or washed, products purchased during final sale or clearance events, and custom or personalized orders are not eligible for returns or refunds, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
